Dynamic Networking Refund Policy

We encourage our attendees to purchase tickets to our events well in advance, however, we do understand that circumstances change and therefore our refund policy is as follows:

  • Full refunds are available for tickets cancelled at least 5 days before the event takes place.
  • For tickets cancelled less than 5 days before an event but more than 24 hours before the event, 50% of the ticket price will be refunded.
  • For tickets cancelled 24 hours or less before the event and/or no shows; we are sorry, but no credits, refunds, vouchers or transfers to future events are provided. Our policy is applicable to everyone no matter the circumstances (which also includes but is not limited to illness and injury), unless the event manager agrees to transfer the ticket(s) under certain conditions.

Dynamic Networking Ltd. reserves the right to apply a small administration fee to any cancellations at the discretion of the Management.

If the event you have booked is cancelled, rescheduled or has changed location, you are entitled to a full refund of the face value of the ticket.

Refunds will only be processed to the credit card or bank account of the individual, organisation or institution from which the payment was received. Please allow 7 days for the refund to be processed.
